Sizing Measurement Guide
Measure in inches (switchable to cm). Snug and level, but not tight. Thin shirt, natural posture. A helper makes torso length much easier.
1 Torso Length
- Find the bony bump at the base of the neck — that's the start.
- Find the line across the tops of the hip bones (hands on hips to locate it).
- Measure straight down the back between the two. Not full body height.
2 Chest Circumference
- Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits.
- Level all the way around, across the shoulder blades.
- Relax and breathe normally — don't pull the tape tight.
3 Stomach Circumference
- Wrap the tape around the widest point, usually near the navel.
- Keep it horizontal and level all the way around.
- Stand naturally — no sucking in, no flexing.
If a measurement falls between two numbers, round to the nearest ½ inch (or ½ cm).
